What We Provide: 
Rental Homes have starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, pre-packaged hand & body soap, dish washing liquid, & trash bags. 

What We Suggest You Bring: 
Laundry detergent, spices, beach towels, sunscreen, & specialty items such as aluminum foil, charcoal, etc. No food is provided or left in the homes. Please read the description of your home to see if it has a Keurig or standard coffee maker. If your home has a standard coffee maker, we suggest you bring coffee filters. Some homes include rental items, please read the description of your home to see which rental items are included.

Arrival Guidelines
​Please plan your vacation accordingly:

*Check-in begins at 4:00 PM but is not guaranteed. There may be maintenance and other issues that need to be addressed prior to your arrival. Back to back reservations are common during high season, and homes will need to be cleaned and inspected prior to your entrance into the home. Guests are not allowed on the property while cleaners are inside to follow CDC Covid guidelines for Florida vacation rentals. 

1. *Refrigerators take 24 hours to cool after being filled with food. Please be sure controls are set to middle or normal settings. Minimize opening the door.
2. *Air conditioners will not function properly if the thermostat is set below 70 degrees. Lower settings or leaving the doors and windows open will cause the unit to freeze up and stop cooling. Remember- Overnight repair not readily available on a barrier island. 
3.  *A recycling bin is located in the alley next to Harry A's Restaurant. There is no pick-up from your vacation home, all items must be dropped off at the public container. 
4. *If your rental property is for sale, it may be necessary to show the property during your stay. Appointments will be made at least an hour in advance between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 
5. *As you come and go, remember that it is necessary to lock the doors manually. There is no automatic lock feature. 

​Departure Guidelines
Before your departure, please do the following:
​Please remember that check-out time is 10:00 AM. 

1. Wash all dirty dishes, dry and put them away.
2. Take all trash including what may be in the kitchen, restrooms and bedrooms to the outside receptacle(s).
3. Set thermostats: Auto Cool 78° in high season temperatures Auto Heat 65° in winter
4. Close and lock all windows and doors.
5. Do a final check for any items you may have forgotten to pack. Be sure to check under the beds, the pool area, decks and porches.
